Ride On and Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center are Hiring!

Ride On and Rancho Potrero Community Equestrian Center are looking for experienced riding instructors, full-time with benefits, to work at one of our three facilities. Our programs include adaptive riding, Physical, Occupational, & Speech and Language therapy, veterans, able-bodied beginning, intermediate and advanced lessons working with a large team of inspired professionals and some amazing equines. Your team members are leaders in the education and development of the profession, and you will be working in a motivating, supportive and learning environment. Ride On is a US Equestrian Federation Center of Excellence for Para Equestrian Dressage and a Path International Premier Accredited Center. Candidate must have a strong riding and teaching background. Tasks include lunging, riding a variety of horses and teaching safe, fun and effective lessons to riders of all levels. Must be a team player, and able to communicate with all participants thoughtfully and professionally. PATH, Pony Club, CHA, USDF certifications a plus!
