HOME SWEET HOME

It's amazing that Ride On is celebrating 16 years of service and 55,000 lessons given. The ranch that we are building will become a fixture serving the disabled and providing an avenue of service for the community for generations to come. The road to this point was not easy. It took the vision of a dedicated board of directors, the hard work of dozens of volunteers and the financial support of hundreds in the community. In all, we are a bit short of halfway towards our $3 million goal for the project. There are many projects still to do some of which will be seen and many - like retiring our mortgage and rebuilding our financial reserves - that will not. In many ways, these un-seen challenges are more difficult and more important to our long-term sustainability. Even as we enjoy this evening and celebrate success, we cannot lose sight of the basic challenges to come.

We are building a home for the next 50 years. We must invest in a strong foundation that will withstand good times and bad. Please help our efforts as we go forward.
