Horses Needing Retirement Homes
The staff and volunteers care for and love each and every horse at Ride On and appreciate their willingness, patience and hardwork.  Eventually we begin to look for retirement homes for those who have served us so well for so long.  These horses often are still appropriate for very light work or simply as companion horses. We are currently looking for retirement homes for Leonardo and Fletcher – please check out their bio’s for more information about these wonderful horses.  If you can give one of these horses a home please email or call Gloria@RideOn.org 818.700.8412.

We are also looking for someone who has pasture space to enable us to turn out our horses to be horses for a month or two of rest and relaxation on an on-going basis….if you can help please call Gloria, 818.700.8412 or email Gloria@RideOn.org.

Horses For Sale
Sometimes horses that are accepted into the Ride On program decide that for one reason or another they are not happy with or appropriate for the varied demands of being a therapy horse  – they always have the last say.  We then work hard to make sure that they find a new home and career which they will hopefully enjoy.  We currently have Louie, a 6 year old quarter horse gelding for sale – if you would like more information about Louie please call or email Gloria@RideOn.org    818.700.8412.
